A different award may apply to employees who:

Work as a:

• beauty therapist, aroma therapist, cosmetic consultant, electrologist, makeupartist, nail technician, pedicurist in a beauty salon or spa

Exceptions:

No private sector award covers work performed by employees who are:

• body piercers or body art tattooists in an establishment outside the beauty therapy industry
