Different awards may apply to employees who:

Work as a:

• real estate or property developer salesperson who list for sale, sell, auction, tender, purchase and/ or lease of real property
• auctioneer who conducts the sale of real property to the person offering the highest purchase price.
• clerk primarily providing clerical or secretarial support to staff in the real estate and property industry

Exceptions:

• You may not be covered by an award if you are a property developer and/or real estate agent.
• You may not be covered by an award if you are employed by a business broker to sell an existing business.
