Check Your Pay wages estimator   Employers and employees can use Check Your Pay wages estimator to calculate wages and other entitlements under selected Queensland State awards.

NOTE: Wage rates and allowances in Check Your Pay reflect the 2007 State Wage Case increase effective 1 September 2007. For further details go to our What's New announcement.

The Check Your Pay questions help you to:

  1. calculate the minimum pay rate applying to the work you describe under the Award;
  2. check your pay against hours worked;
  3. include your allowances, penalties and loadings for a specific pay period

The Queensland Department of Employment and Industrial Relations takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the results of these calculations. Public Holidays:

Check Your Pay calculates entitlements for work performed on a State-wide public holiday across Queensland when applicable to the selected award. Some localities in Queensland also have local public holidays which are recognised by some Awards. Check Your Pay does not calculate entitlements for work performed on local public holidays.
