Compare What's Fair

To further assist Queenslanders, the Government has also developed the Compare What's Fair online award comparison calculator as a guide for employees to compare state awards against Australian Workplace Agreements (AWAs).

For employers, the calculator allows them to ascertain whether or not they are offering a fair equivalent to the award package.
