Young workers employment conditions

On the job
When working on the job, young workers are entitled to the same conditions of employment as an adult, unless an industrial instrument provides for specific entitlements for juniors.

Restrictions on school-aged or young children working
Work restrictions apply to the work of school-aged and young children. This section covers the maximum hours of work, shifts, breaks, prohibited hours, supervision and those businesses and industries exempt.
